Awesome XC spike

Overall

I have ran a season and a half of cross country with this spike and it allows me to do everything I want them to. I was at first worried about the high arch of the shoe but the more I have worn, the less I have noticed it. After about 8 races there was a slight tear at the beginning of the toe box where it flexes. I have continued racing in them and there is no difference.

XC shoes for easy Courses

Overall

This shoe is good as long as you stay on grass or dirt. The forefoot cushioning is lacking as it compresses after not that much use. The traction of the spike is great when you put 3/8 spikes in and are running fast. The bottom line review of this shoe is that I would recommend this to anyone who finds this shoe on sale.
