Awesome shoe!

Overall

These are great spikes to wear, my favorite distance spikes from Nike! You feel fast in these spikes and the cushioning is good enough to get you comfortably through distances up to (I’d say) 8K on the road and 10k on the grass. The grip is great and they are surprisingly responsive. Now that I’m done with XC I’ll be using them as my practice/3200 spikes.
