Overall
I have been running trails & dirt/ gravel roads in this shoe since the fall of 2019 and I extremely satisfied with the improvements of traction, overall fit/ comfort and durability of this model over the Speedcross 4, of which I really like as well!

Overall
It is a firm shoe. It has cured me from shin splint issues (posterior tibialis).
Phenomenal on the trails, but can still be used on the asphalt.
Comfortable, Durable, and stylish (some awesome color options).
I love the shoe - it's the best my legs have felt in the past 10 years.
