Nice everyday trainer with lots of room in the toe box!

Overall

I have had 3 pair of these, mostly because of the large toe box and the ability for the toes to splay. My only derogatory feelings on this shoe are it's a little firm on impact, vice any Hoka product. I alternate these with the Bondi for road work. The fit in the heel is snug, but not uncomfortable. The 5 mm drop seems to be just about right for me. They are durable - the outer sole held up well through 200+ miles.

Overall

The shoe could go a much longer way with updated laces. Trained and wore it for a half marathon and although yes, it's meant to have a more anatomical footbed, it was just too much room and I could't secure my foot properly. Ended up with quite a few blisters from my foot swimming around in there, haha, overall not a terrible shoe though! Just not exactly the shoe for me. Has a good balance of cushion and responsiveness, tons of cushion without feeling like I'm sinking or working extra hard. Wider waist and overall midsole of the shoe gives some support geometrically, but kind of felt like a heavy/bulky shoe. Sole and upper did start to wear pretty early and looked a little more trashed than they were.
