Best running shoe I have ever run in

Anonymous runner · Feb 10, 2020

5/5

Overall

I am an NCAA D1 athlete and I am not very injury prone, so I will try any shoes suggested to me. When the guy working at my local running store told me about this relatively "new" brand, I had to try them. The merakis are the best shoe I have ever run in. I am scared of injury so I never put more than 500 miles on a pair of shoes, but these shoes I can log 600-700 and still not be too worried about them. They aren't the most attractive, but I do not care. Also, a recent pair had the tread start to wear off after 300 miles, but I was running on a lot of salt and ice in the winter. Every other pair has not shown trouble with the tread. If I had to only pick one pair of shoes to wear for the rest of my life, it would definitely be these.
