It's a good lightweight trainer that is no longer being made. So sad. It's enough shoe to be able to use as a daily trainer, but still light enough to use for workouts.

Overall

At first the shoe felt a little weird in the heel. I prefer the boston a little more, but when that went to boost I couldn't find it for cheap anymore. boost is a scam to me. I've ran in boost and it's too soft. I really like the tempo 6. It is light and not too built up. I can run 80+ miles a week in it and remain injury free. It is fairly firm underfoot which I like because it feels ike your foot does not spend too much time on the ground. I can feel comfortable doing long runs to fast hill workouts in this shoe.

Everyday shoe that works for most situations and works as a make shift racer. I like the feeling of running in a light shoe. The grip is the best out there and works for me with a slow powerful stride

Overall

Have been using this shoe since the Tempo 3. Just retired the Tempo 5 after 500mi. Just picked up Tempo 6. I like the tongue better in the 5. In the 6, it's sewn in place which I don't like. The 6 also seems a bit more flexible in the mid-foot, which makes no difference to me. Light and fast shoe with some support. More shoe than a race flat, but still light and comfy.
