Fast shoes with moderate stability

Overall

The Adizero Tempo 9 is the fastest shoe offering moderate stability that I can find. While not the most cushioned shoe, it lacks a lot of the extra plastic and useless weight of other stability shoes. They are perfect for speed workouts and any race from a one miler to a half. Personally I need something with more cushion as my mileage gets up to the marathon range but the tempos are my favorite shoes nonetheless.

I had terrible shoes before this (don’t even get me started) but have so far had amazon runs in these shoes. Will say that the laces are good and bad, they are a more cloth material, which means they don’t untie by themselves, however, the upper gets VERY tight and you have to loosen it every now and then. Other than that, I love these shoes. They feel amazing on rolling hills, definitely recommend them!
