4/5

Overall

I bought them partly for the Zero-Drop aspect, which caters to my running form very nicely. I could run a 14-miler in them within a week of purchase, and they are very easy to run in. They're also very comfortable shoes to wear if you know you're going to be walking around or standing four hours at a time.

I like the altra for my CP workouts & recovery... not great for speed work or tempo... I use Virata (Saucony) for racing 10K to Marathon.
