Overall

I was diagnosed with morton's neuroma a few years ago, after a boat load of money and research I found these shoes. I had absolutely no issues with the xero drop and the extra toe room was just what I needed..... My only issue is I feel like they are hard to find now - I really hope they don't discontinue them......

I am loving the wide toe box and fit and ride of the Superior 2.0. I've taken this shoe on runs up to 50 miles and my feet felt great (no blisters or numbness) but the shoe is light enough to still feel fast on shorter runs. I'm a large runner (6'1, 190#) and appreciate the extra cushioning. I typically run in lower drop shoes so the zero drop of the Altra did not create any issues for me.

I have an extremely wide foot--this shoe is AWESOME compared to the all of other shoes I have tried. Still a little narrow in the toe box (I swear, I must be part hobbit), but at least I don't feel like my foot has been in a vise after running. I realize this is a trail shoe and I run mostly on roads, but I am really looking for foot fit than anything else. I wore a Mizuno Wave Rider 16 2E all through the trail season last year because it fit well. Sucked in the mud without grip, but the fit is the only thing that matters to me.
