Overall
Went and got fitted at a fleet feet 2 years back for a pair (before they dropped the 'tempo' out of the name) On my 3rd pair right now. Work great for any speed workouts and used them for some long runs (nothing over 12 miles). Cushioning is pretty light, but it lasts a lot of miles. Would recommend.
