Brooks Levitate 2

4/5

Overall

Tons of cushion, not the most nimble for track workouts however. Feels a little on the heavy side, but a nice, comfortable ride.

Cushioned shoe for Every Day Training

4/5

Overall

I do almost all my training in this shoe. It provides lots of cushion (which I have grown accustomed to). Holds up well, but is on the expensive side. Usually retails about $150. To get that kind of cushion, you have to pay for it.

Solid All Around Shoe

4/5

Overall

I have owned two pairs of Levitate 2's. Both shoes lasted over 300 miles without any type of structural damage. The bottom of the shoe seems to wear through rather quickly, however it has not caused me any issues.

Soft shoe

4/5

Overall

This is a trainer I use for most my mileage! Lots of cushion for those long easy days. I will do strides or the occasional tempo or fartlek with them, but I would stick to a lighter less cushioned shoe for this.
