Pros

  • Reviewers race it from the 5k to the marathon and still log long runs in it.
  • At 8.2 oz on a 4mm drop it feels fast to reviewers doing speed work.

Cons

  • Durability draws the lowest ratings of any dimension at 3.4 out of 5, and one reviewer had the material separate and holes develop.
  • One reviewer moving to more road running wanted more cushioning than it offers.

Love this shoe, light enough to use for speed work and feel fast but just enough cushion to do long runs as well. I used this shoe to race from 5k to the marathon on the roads.

Love this shoe, is small and light enough for speed work but also has enough cushion for long runs. It became my road racing shoe last year and I ran everything from 5k to marathon in it.
