Great distance shoe

Overall

This is a great road running shoe with excellent cushion and comfort. However, the bottom peeled and fell off partially.

My second time to purchase Brooks Glycerin. I enjoyed the 15s so much I bought two pairs. The 17s provide sufficient cushion for a soft landing without weighing the runner down. They are extremely comfortable and are very well made.

Great comfort

5/5

Overall

I'm 54 yr old about 180#. I run mostly pavement about 30 miles/week. I race 1-2 marathons per year and short races monthly. These shoes have good cushioning and comfort. The light grey shows dirt. The soles show their wear about 500 miles but I replace around then anyway. I like these slightly better than my Glycerin 16's ( I had three pairs of those).

5/5

Overall

This is the first pair of Brooks I have owned. I have been an Asics guy for about 20years and the shoes just started to fall apart way to fast. The Brooks Glycerin 17 are very comfortable with plenty of support. They are a little bulky but my feet feel great after a 10 miler so I don't mind.
