These shoes are a great pair for pretty much any type of running For me, I do trail, road, track, ect. and I love the way they feel when integrating onto different surfaces. They are very durable and are pretty light. I would definitely recommend.

I am 5’11 and 225 pounds and I gotta say this shoe is incredible. Having previously only really worn ASICS and Hoka, I made the switch to La Sportiva primarily because I always use their climbing/ mountaineering shoes and wanted to give their trail runners a chance. Even though I’d say the ride is a little firm, I actually prefer that firm ride over something super squishy like the speedgoat. I will also say that the traction is really good in these. If you’re looking for something with a wider toe box and a slightly firmer feel you might feel right at home in these.
PS, make sure to size up a full size as they are sized small.
