Overall

Good solid shoes. Excellent cushioning. Very Stable. Very Light weight. Handles longer runs and hard long road-trail intervals or tempo runs very well. Can also be used for slower track work. Very comfortable. Allows natural forefoot strike. Get a size that fits without too much room in the front. I think these run true to size.
