Nike Lunar Glide+ 7

4/5

Overall

The Lunar Glide+7 is a decent shoe across the board but is not exceptional at anything. Initial comfort and cushioning is great but Lunarlon is quick to compress and that initial feeling disappears rather quickly.

Nike has always been the correct fit for my narrow foot. Ran in Pegasus which was awesome, but developed some Achilles problems where I need some support. Lunarglide has solved support problems, but I feel that 2 prong heel cup causes some issues on back of my heel as I have not experienced this before.

Overall

For someone who has more of a neutral foot strike but lower/flat arches this shoe adds just enough arch support to counter that falling arch without putting to much pressure under the foot. I strike the outside(supinate) of my foot upon landing but have flat feet, when going through my gait cycle my arches tend to collapse which can cause plantar issues. This shoe is not to supportive in a way a true stability shoe is. Which I think is more versatile for a alot of runners.
