How it ranks
The Saucony Endorphin Pro 3 is one of the strongest racing shoes in our data. Looks and cushioning are its strongest sub-ratings. Durability scores well below its other sub-ratings. The rating rests on 36 runner reviews and 2 other rated shoes in the Endorphin Pro product line.
Confidence
How settled the rating is against every other rated shoe. A shoe can rate high on confidence with relatively few reviews of its own when its product line has a long record and external ratings from retailer sites agree. Confidence will score low when we have few ratings or when runners disagree.

“The upper material is not durable at all, the holes appeared in the toes area after 35 miles.”

Overall
That carbon bounce, mixed with a decent stability on corners, is hard to find. The Pro 3 balances these factors well and seems to be longer lasting than just a couple races. Weight is comparable to other super shoes. The flick of the stiff plate, combined with firmer mid-foot foam than previous models, means Saucony got the right sauce with the Pro 3. There’s generous enough rubber to keep tread underfoot for hundreds of miles. The only complaint may be the tongue slips a bit on downhills. It is well enough anchored on its sides not to become a problem, but fans of no-show socks may not love how short it is.
These are not everyday running shoes. I trained with them only for a few tempo days before racing. They feel like a bit too much for recovery days, and their stack height is not advisable for use on trails.

10 mpw training for a marathon came from the Saucony Endorphin Pro v1

Bouncy, fast and comfortable. I bought the shoe initially as an ultra distance racing shoe but it eventually found its way in my rotation as a tempo trainer and long run shoe. Too bulky personally for me for those 10-21k racing distances.

Usually a racing shoe, but with an insane discount ($90/pair) I bought a few pairs to train in. They are all around 300 miles now, and have been incredible to train in. Lightweight, not as much cushion, but the carbon fiber plate makes every run feel comfortable and recovery is easy.
