Overall
I have raced well in these (sub 32 10k - female) but seem to get sore calves from wearing them. I do not train in them, so this may be a personal issue. Also they have not lasted very long at all. Well under a 100miles over the course of a year and the last race I did in them, they felt much less responsive.

This is the fastest shoe I have ever run in hands down. That speed unfortunately came at the price of durability. I would say my vaporfly kept its speed for 50 miles before it went downhill; I would not recommend running it past 150-200 miles. I understand supershoes have a shorter lifespan but frankly wish they did not.

I didn’t really even use this shoe for competitions but I still feel like it’s one of the best shoes in the game, comfortable, high energy return and actually very durable.
