Great workout shoe!

Overall
A little heavy for racing, but a perfect shoe for doing long intervals. I've used them for repeats as short as 400m and haven't felt a ton of resistance, would recommend them to anyone looking for road flat with a little extra support.

Overall
Got them at a discount from a friend who works at a running store. This is a racing flat that you can get away with for every day training. The slight medial posting allows you to run at a slower pace then other flats without your form going to shit if you don't have a strong core. This allows a lot of athletes to get away with using it for tempo or long runs. Neutral runner but i appreciate the support this shoe brings. It doesn't feel like a "stability" shoe. Very light weight. I would not run a race under10 miles in it (only because i have other flats that are lighter.) Good for injury prone runners that enjoy light weight shoes. very low heel toe drop gives the feeling of a racing flat and helps promote efficient form.
