Saucony Xodus 11: great for easy trail runs

Overall
I picked these up in 2021 because I worried my previous trail shoe, the Altra Superior 3, would not give sufficient cushioning or foot protection. The Altra is zero drop, too, which can be hard on your calves and IMO is not great for running fast (they were fun though).
The Xodus 11 feels highly stable, protective and cushioned. The shoe is not awful on tarmac either. Probably not the fastest shoes, but they do feel lighter than their true weight.
I really like them for easy trail runs. They're fun, provide good grip on dirt trails and take immaculate care of your feet. I don't feel like they weigh me down - in fact I feel pretty nimble with them on.
Fit and size: I went true to size (at EU 43) and they fit perfectly, with decent space in the toe box. Not a very narrow shoe. Fit probably similar to the Ride 13 I also have, or even the Endorphin Speed 2, though those are probably a bit narrower.
Background: Late 20s hobby runner, I've run around 34 min for 10k and I do a decent bit of my running on trails.
I have yet to subject the Xodus 11 to highly technical terrain e.g. rock, and I have not used them much in the rain (I know some folks complain of the wet rock grip of Saucony rubber).
