Overall
the setup and feel of shoes due to the plate and cushioning seem to encourage "better form" and engaging the right muscles groups in a way I've not experienced in more conventional running shoes.
like the laces and upper and overall the shoes are very light.
however, when I run for a long time in them on say a treadmill, the insole starts to feel like something is broken within the foam... imagine what it would feel like if within the foam there's a plastic plate and around the area where the ball of the foot is (my main contact point) that a section of that plastic plate had broken off from it's surroundings...
however, the next run outdoors this seemed to be gone! it came and went, albeit only rarely coming back. weird! have gone hm marathons in these, are great at those distances.
