Not 100% happy

Overall

There is a significant lack of cushioning around the back of the ankle compared to the Ravenna 10 which resulted in a lot of blisters while running with this shoe over none with the Ravenna 10

Initial Reviews of Ravenna 11s

Anonymous runner · Feb 25, 2020

4/5

Overall

Right off the bat, I noticed that the Ravenna 11's have significantly less cushion that normally wraps around your ankle. I didn't mind a first but I noticed that with low-cut socks, this can be bothersome at times and can dig in on turns. I've been wearing them for about 2-3 weeks now. The upper-mesh is super-light though and appears to be thinner which is really cool because it does make the shoe that much less of a "shoe". Overall, I really like this shoe. I've been wearing the Ravennas since the 6's and they seem to be getting lighter and lighter every model which is something I've enjoyed but they're not the best recovery shoe and I've noticed I stay sore longer (due to lack of cushion?) since getting this pair but I still wear them everyday, so that's my problem at that point.

These shoes provide a lot of support plus spring to energize my run. Look great too! I have bought this brand and model each of last 5 years...
