Ravenna 7 love

5/5

Overall

This is my go-to show for fast workouts. It fits narrow with no slop in the forefoot. Just enough cushion to go long (-ish) but not soft. This is perfect for tempo runs and workouts.

Solid, comfortable everyday shoe

4/5

Overall

Just a really solid, everyday shoe. Enough support for long runs, comfortable for every day use, and even responsive enough for the track. They provide just enough stability for the runner who needs something more than a neutral shoe without too much bulk. I've worn for races 10 miles and up. It may be a bit bulky for racing, but I'm comfortable with the extra support. I've even used for track workouts without complaint. They also provide the best fit for my orthotics. My feet are narrow, but the footbed is wide enough to fit an orthotic without restriction.

Overall

I have enjoyed the shoe a lot thus far- they are comfortable, control my mild pronation, and cope well over long distances. I did size up because Im marathon training. I do feel they lack a bit of ankle support over 20 miles but will take that to avoid ankle blisters.
