Overall
Perfect training shoe. Great combo of cushioning and weight. No stability / stiffness in the upper to mess with my foot plant. After 40+ years of competitive running my last 6 years in this shoe have been key to keeping me on the road and track.

This has been a good shoe for running on roads or non-technical dirt trails. The shoe is very light weight.
