Cons

Saucony Omni ISO Review

4/5

Overall

The Omni ISO is a great shoe for runners that tend to pronate inwards. They have a lot of support and plenty of cushioning to help prevent injuries. One aspect of this shoe that is negative is its weight. It comes in as one of the heaviest shoes on the market and can feel bulky especially when wet. Besides this the shoe is great. Super durable and always last 500+ miles for me before the tread/cushion goes bad.

Called "omni" for a reason

5/5

Overall

I used the Omni as my go-to shoe for marathon training this year. I did long runs (up to 37km on trails), fartleks and progression runs as well as easier efforts in the shoe. It is cushioned enough for the long, slow stuff and responsive enough for shorter/faster sessions. I only changed out of the shoe for track sessions and races. Quite a durable shoe, even though I was using them on rocky off-road trails a lot more than might be recommended for an alleged 'road shoe'. Great quality, great value, and will definitely buy again.
