Great shoes, even for HIIT classes

5/5

Overall

I used the Triumph 19 for Orange Theory classes.  The stack height is a little lower, so it could easily fit in rower straps, be stable on floor exercises, and still be cushioned for the treadmill.  The upper is super light and breathable (but can tear fairly easily).
