Overall

bought it to race in (Half & Marathon) but find my self using them for regular training - mainly tempo runs but also now for my long runs (sometimes). Light, firm ride same works for my fore to mid foot strike. Once I start a run I don't even notice they are there. Not quite ready to use these exclusively but getting close.

I was looking for a light, zero drop shoe that provided a comfortable ride on the roads. This shoe fits the bill perfectly and is cheap, cheap, cheap!
