How settled the rating is against every other rated shoe. A shoe can rate high on confidence with relatively few reviews of its own when its product line has a long record and external ratings from retailer sites agree. Confidence is low when we have few ratings or when runners disagree.

Healthy shoe, light fast and allow natrual elastic recoil tendencies

5/5

Overall

Running 30K a day every day in them including 20x400, 14 minute 5K tempos. Absolute joy to run in feels like wearing nothing, will hurt if you've been atropied by cuhsioning and used to slamming feet into the ground with no consequences.
