Evo Sl: The Overview

Overall

The Evo Sl is a lightweight, comfortable daily trainer suitable for all paces and days from easy runs to interval workouts. It's mesh upper is extremely breathable, and the shoe is comprised of lightstrike pro, a premium superfoam found in Adidas's racing shoes. Some cons with the shoe is that some may dislike the tongue, as it is not very high quality and doesn't fully wrap around the foot. Also, the continental rubber, while grippy enough for most runs, I found on the track and faster workouts it did not have as much tracion as desired and could not get that grip on the track to really push off. Other than that, the Evo Sl is a great option for a slightly faster daily trainer

Overall

Worth it when on discount - it usually is. A bit light for long runs but you cam make it work for basically any run in a week if you are not too picky. Likely not the very best shoe for any one run or workout but more than accomplishes as a daily trainer

Overall

Cushy, light and a solid recommendation for an all-in-one shoe. Personally, I think for running at 5k or faster it feels like too much shoe...the midsole starts to feel chunky at speed. But overall a very good all-purpose shoe.
