Pros

Great Trainer

5/5

Overall

Plenty of cushioning, but still has enough pop to go quicker. I've done 20 milers at 7 min pace as well as 8 miles at 5:05 pace in these shoes. Very diverse shoe for tempos to recovery runs.

Arch a little too high, can always feel it under my foot. Also a little stiff. But, good cushioning and lasts a long time for a decent price.

Adidas Supernova Boost - Great value for money

5/5

Overall

I have heard that this is supposed to be a supersoft/mushy super-slow shoe. While it is no doubt on the soft side, it is extremely comfortable for running on hard surfaces, which is something I value greatly (especially for long runs) as I have to run on asphalt often. Maybe it is not the fastest shoe around, but even for fast tempos I believe it is quite competent as it provides a decent level of bounciness/responsiveness. I have tried several other major brands (Saucony Triumph ISO, Nike Pegasus, Brooks Glycerin), and nothing comes close.

Had loads of injuries in Pegasus, haven't had any since i switched 2 years ago. Could be coincidence but I'm sticking with them.
