Pretty reliable and durable. Been in the 21xx series since 2140. They all are *okay*. Feel a bit slow, hard to run really really fast but sure are okay to plod along. Very minimal injury history in them.

Excellent standard trainer. I have low arches so this hoe coupled with a small arch support provides the right amount of pronation control and support that I need. The shoe is very comfortable and has just enough cushion to soften impact on roads without feeling like a marshmallow. It is also relatively light weight and flexible.

Overall

It fits better than anything else I could find, but not nearly as well as the 2100 series they discontinued. I use them for long runs and speed workouts, so they're good all-around shoes, but same complaint: they're not as good as the 2100's.
