Overall

Excellent durability and value. Easily made it 400 plus miles before the shoe started to break down. Not the most cushioned shoe out there, but it gets the job done.

A much needed change

Overall

I had never had a lot of issues switching from one style to the next, but that changed when I started wearing the Brooks Launch. Granted that shoe is quite minimalist, but I got injured almost immediately upon starting to run in them. After some extended time off and things not really getting better I decided to switch shoes and when I made the switch to something with a little more support, Brooks Ghost, my injuries went away. I have loved this shoe in the three months that I have had it and will get getting another pair.

Overall

After using the Ghost 9 for a stint last year, I knew that I could rely on the Ghost series for a good, reliable trainer that is decently durable and is able to handle middle to longer distance runs. The shoe feels extremely soft while being stiff enough to provide a decent amount of energy return for a typical forefoot runner. Brooks also offers a variety of colors for a decent style as well, although some are much better than others and the upper materials do vary with the colorway. I am currently on my 2nd pair.

I bought these shoes coming from the nike pegasus and they are a fantastic replacement. They feel great and stand up to a lot of the abuse i put them through
