Overall

I am a forefoot striker only with zero heel wear. This shoes provides good cushion through the forefoot. And it is much more durable than other shoes. I don’t wear through to the midsole along the outside edge for the forefoot like I have in other shoes,

Brooks Ghost 10 Thoughts

Overall

After going through many shoes (Nike, Hoka One One, Saucony), the Brooks Ghost 10 came home with me. The shoe took very little time to break in, and was immediately responsive. While a bit expensive, the shoe is durable and lasted well over 500 miles (145 lbs, 65 mpw).

Ghost with the Most

Overall

I've been wearing the Ghost series for years. I find them a good balance of cushioning and lightness. I've run everything from the mile to the marathon in these and while I'd prefer them to be a bit lighter for racing, they do a great job.

Ghost Love

I think I'm on my 7th or 8th pair of Ghosts. I used to work for Brooks and thought after I left that I could wear any shoe I wanted, but here I am, still loyal. I have terrible feet--bunions, Haglund's deformity. I've had 2 major cases of PF in the past and metatarsal stress fracture many years ago. But since wearing the Ghost I've been mostly injury-free. Very comfortable, supportive but not overly so. I wear custom orthotics and they fit great with every pair.

Phenomenal Shoe with Durability Issues

Overall

The shoe fits very well to my feet, which are a bit on the wider side. Also the structure of the cushioning allows for a smooth feel with my midfoot strike, whereas shoes with a plastic piece between heel and forefoot are rougher on my stride, as i tend to land in the area of the plastic. However the shoe's upper became unglued from the sole in the left forefoot area after just 6 months of running in them (~50mpw but alternating between this shoe and two other models, which didn't fall apart).
