Snug

Anonymous runner · Sep 28, 2025

5/5

Overall

The best part of the boost is it's sleek design and form fitting toe box. Even for a semi-wide foot the upper stretches just enough to give it more room and still be a snug fit.

adidas Adizero Boston 5 Boost

Anonymous runner · Sep 28, 2025

Overall

Got my running form track. It really pushes me to keep a good posture and they're super fast. Versatile as well. Asphalt, good for easy trails and not too technical courses, track.

Boston rocks

Anonymous runner · Sep 28, 2025

5/5

Overall

I have been running in the Boston's for a very long time (10 years?). It has a smooth roll from mid-foot to toe off and is light and fast. A durable shoe that is just pure power!

Great lightweight trainer/ long racer

Ali121375 · Sep 28, 2025

5/5

Overall

The Adidas Boost Boston is fairly lightweight with very comfortable soft cushioning. The energy return is excellent and is versatile enough for tempo runs, track workouts and longer races. My only complain is the heel drop is pretty high (12mm) so sometimes the heel feels like it drags at slower speeds. The traction is good in various conditions.
