Comfortable Shoe Lacking Durability

Overall

The cushioning in the shoe is a good medium between too firm and too mushy. Being a forefoot striker the cushioning in the front is comfortable and fairly responsive. The upper is lightweight and conforms to the foot well. It is breathable and ample room in the toe-box. I have worn these shoes for a marathon and feet felt great with no unanticipated aches or pains caused by the shoes. Unfortunately the durable of the shoe is not to the level of the ride. After only ~150 miles the rubber in the forefoot had worn almost all the way down into the cushioning. I only anticipate getting a max ~250 miles out of the shoes (typically get 400-450 out of my shoes). It is a shame considering the upper and cushioning still have plenty of miles left in them.

Brook Ghost 10 is a nice running shoe which gives lots of support to heavy runners. (I weigh 96 kg ). The durability of the shoe is amazing , I did 1000 Km with the shoes, ( in 4 months ) , the shoes still looked very good and were comfortable , with a bit of wear on the soles. At that stage the support started going fast. The biggest improvement for me is the toe box , lot more space and no blisters on the toes , or lost toe nails. Maybe the only thing I would like to see would be availability in a few more colors. I like the blue , but a some bright neon colors would be nice
