Very good shoe, I pushed it too hard

I’m a workout warrior, so when I use a pair of shoes, I beat them up. These shoes actually held out pretty well and I’m still using them

Overall

I'm a former Brooks Adrenaline wearer who switched to the Hoka Clifton and Bondi after taking a few years off from running and some substantial weight gain. Initially, I loved the Clifton and Bondi's cushion, but I started experiencing injury issues in both achilles and knees.  I switched to the Arahi two years ago in hopes that a return to the stability shoe would help, and it's been great.  Although the Arahi is not as cushioned as some of the other Hoka models, it provides the right mix of cusion and stability to make it a great shoe. It's allowed me to get back to race weight without the nagging injuries I experienced for so long.
