Good shoe

5/5

Overall

The new tongue on the Mach 2 is a little less comfortable than on the previous iteration. The laces have changed to being more prone to untying, but double-knotting solves this issue. Overall very happy with this line of shoes (have worn since the original Clayton) and will continue buying shoes in this mold. They are snappy and responsive for a Hoka and do well tempoing down to ~5:10-15 pace.

Floating on Hoka Mach 2 air

5/5

Overall

Man the update to Hoka One One Mach is absolutely amazing. They are super light and have a new upper. The Mach 2 run a little bigger than the Mach’s. I almost considered going down a size to a 13, but I stayed in the 14. That was a first for me. Usually I have to go up a size, but not with the Mach 2. They will be training shoe for 2019.
