I liked the old 2007 version of the Nike Elites but then they changed that shoe to a lower/less durable version so I had to switch to the Pegasus. If they still made the 2007 Nike Elite I would rock those shoes for my entire running career. I'm not the greatest fan of the direction Nike has gone with their running shoes lately but they'll eventually come to their senses. I mean just look at flywire...Really Nike? Give me back shoes like the Eldo 2s and Vents! I still wear Nike because I feel that they fit my foot better and are more comfortable than other brands. Asics always seemed to hurt my feet for a few weeks when I first wore them.
