Overall

I need a neutral running shoe with lots of forefoot cushioning. I've found the Vomero and Asics Nimbus to be two of the best options and I just happen to be running in the Vomero currently.

Very comfortable, durable, stable shoe. I received this pair from my University XC team, but would definitely plan to buy more in the future. Heavier than my typical Pegasus model, but the underfoot feel and durability are comforting. Definitely a true workhorse shoe for putting in substancial miles.

Switched from ASICS because the ASICS wore out in 250 miles. Went over 400 miles with Nikes. The flat taper of uppers near toes made it so I had to go up one half size larger. Generally durable. I wear orthodics. So, I run in a more neutral shoe.

Currently I am recovering from an injury. My running in this shoe has been between 3 and 5 miles a day. The fit is nice a snug - my foot doesn't slosh around in it. I haven't had any problems with blisters or rubbing. The primary running I've done with shoe is on the roads, so I can't comment on how it performs on the trails.
