I don't work for a shoe company, however, I work for a running specialty store and have run in quite a few different brands of shoes over the years (also being forced to wear adidas for 5 years in college) The Nike LunarGlide 6 is a fairly good running shoe. I haven't run it for too long yet, but from what I've found, it's been really good to me so far. I think it's far better than the Nike Structure 17 and lot more durable as well. I've always loved a soft shoe and this one is stiff during the break in period and when you first try it on, but it softens up with more use. It's a very stable shoe as well and with the lunarlon cushioning, it provides for a very "plush" feeling shoe. If you love the lunaracer as a racing flat, you will love this shoe as a training shoe. That is of course if you train primarily in a light stability shoe. I suspect the Lunar Eclipse to be similar, but even more stable than the lunar glide. We will see how it fairs down the road in terms of durability, but after a few weeks to a month it seems to be holding up well and feeling even better now that it's worn in. I would recommend this shoe for anyone looking for a standard support shoe.
