Good shoes for sport

Overall

I use these for the Gym, running and circuit training. Comfortable & light with plenty of heel cushion. I’m currently recovering from a broken ankle so the support of a good training shoes is paramount. Love these will replace them with a newer pair come the day.

Probably more shoe than I need at this point, but they are comfortable, supportive, and I have not suffered any injuries since I started wearing them, so frankly I'm a little afraid to try anything else! Have been wearing them several years (different versions of same shoe). I don't like how pricey they are, but they do the job very well.

The Kayano's are a light and robust shoe.however to look at them they appear heavy , and that is quite off putting. Also I an not convinced about he durability of the gel inserts on the lateral side of the shoes. Overall though I am quite happy to be running in them, I do feel they are over priced though.
