Versatile, but the sole degrades quickly

Overall
Good mix of cushioning and speed, so a great all-around shoe for most training runs, from long runs to tempo runs and faster intervals. I’ll use it for long runs for the first 50-75 miles, then for tempo runs for a few hundred miles, then for short easy runs before retiring it to a walking and weight room shoe. Like the previous iterations of the ribbon, the sole wears out quickly, but it is also cheaper than many comparable shoes. I pronate, but I wear custom orthotics, so wearing this neutral shoe hasn’t caused any problems.
