Boring but worth it

3/5

Overall

The shoe's main selling point was its competitive affordability. It's a solid enough shoe when you consider how cheap it is, and has proven surprisingly durable despite not having a ton of outsole.

Good Shoe That Gets Better With Time!

4/5

Overall

When I first got these shoes before the start to my Cross Country season, I really liked the overall look because it matched my other Saucony racing spikes. They felt comfortable and really supported my feet during the run. But, the only complaint I would have is that for the first few times wearing it was uncomfortable as you had to break them in first. After the initial start to wearing them though, they are great!

I have been wearing Cohesions for years. Have always been lower tiered priced and have always given upper tier performance. Great cushioning, great spring, very good durability.
