Solved stress fracture issues

Overall

I had three major stress fractures over the course of a year before starting to run in these shoes. Since then, I have not been injured at all, and my legs feel great. Appropriate cushioning but allows a very natural stride at all speeds.

Saucony Freedom

Overall

This shoe has become my favorite running shoe ever. It is comfortable and durable. I can still feel the road and I feel supported. The only issue is the cost. But, I have put 650+ miles on these shoes so they make up for the cost by being extremely durable.

Great cushioned shoe, but a little pricey.

I've had 3 pairs of these so far and I really do enjoy them. Although they are a pretty heavily cushioned shoe, they still seem to have a decent amount of spring to them. I've ran 1 marathon in them where I've PR'd and feel pretty confident using them to race in and do speed work. I'm a pretty light build, 5'11" & 145lbs, but they seem pretty durable. I can usually get 4-500 miles in a pair without feeling like I'm pushing it too far. Although they last a while, it still sucks having to drop $160 for a pair of trainers.

Good shoe, but pretty expensive

Ran in two pairs of these and put about 750+mi on both of them. Great shoes, they were super comfortable and I never had any issues with comfort in them. Pretty light shoes from what I recall and they were equally well suited to easy distance runs and mile repeats on the track. Sticker price of $160 is a bit much, luckily I was able to get both of my pairs half off, but otherwise I would find it hard to justify paying $160 for these. Once I couldn't find these cheap I immediately switched back to the Kinvara's, a cheaper but similarly neutral shoe. But if you don't mind the price they're a great option.
