Overall

First pair of low drop shoes. Went straight out of high drop asics with no issues. Usually size 8.5. Fit was slightly small and have ordered half size bigger for next pair. Width was ok despite having a relatively wide foot. Shoes were light and felt good for intervals (typically 1 mile, 800m hill reps), tempo runs (~10-12 miles). Cushioning was good and have felt good on long runs (22-23 miles). Used these shoes for all my long runs except on trails. Mostly hard pack, gravel trails and liked to have a bit more protection. Enjoyed running in lighter shoes compared to old asics. Maybe it's just in my head but I felt like it is easier to maintain high cadence and low contact time. Previously had ongoing calf injuries but started worked on form around the same time as bought these shoes and have had no calf injuries for 7 months. Worn for a half marathon but will probably look at finding a lighter pair of racing shoes for target marathon (Have tried Fastwitch 6 but too narrow in size 9). Durability was surprisingly good and have just ordered a new pair after 650 miles. Some fraying occurred on upper after

Overall

After running the Saucony Kinvara line for a long time I decided I needed a little more support as I started raising my mileage after College to 70 miles and beyond. I loved having the same 4mm heel to toe drop as the Kinvara's and for a everyday trainer these shoes are still surprisingly very light. For anyone that loves the Kinvaras but wants a shoe to complement them, then BUY these shoes! Another great part is they are easy to find cheap on Amazon or Runningwarehouse.com

Overall

It is quite narrow/tight in toe box. The upper material has started to fray at pressure points from the foot on the inside. This started happening after a couple of months, which is why I rated them only 4 stars on durability. I tend not to wear out shoes very quickly. Rest of the shoe has been durable though.
