Good update of my favorite running shoe

4/5

Overall

Have been running in Adrenalines for several years. The 22's improved on the heel to mid foot transition. Great for "moderate" speed running.

I've been running in Brooks for years and these fit great. I just wish the midsole went another 100 miles before going flat.

Amazing shoe to improve running gait

5/5

Overall

I struggle with extreme pronation and heel strike more than I should too, but shoe does an excellent job of providing stability to my foot so that I pronate less and has an extensive heel to toe drop (12mm) so that my foot strike is shifted more to my forefoot. It looks great, holds up great, and although it has a lot of stability, it still has enough cushion so that my legs are not getting to much shock from running 16 mile long runs on the roads in them.
