Great shoe, very comfortable even on long runs, seems to hold up very well, colors are ok, worried the upper won't hold up long since it's thin mesh.

As a older runner who likes cushioning on daily runs the Clifton has been my go to shoe for years. Not good for any tempo/hill/workouts for me.

I have run in the Cliftons since the 3rd gen and I have found that they have become better and better with each release. Hoka shoes as standard are fairly narrow but I turned a blind eye to this as I loved the cushioning and protection that they give my legs and joints through the mileage. The wide version of these shoes is a true godsend - they are the most comfortable and versatile mileage shoes I have worn and I no longer have to worry about blisters etc with having wider feet. If you are running big mileage weeks and your legs feel beat up then you may find that these are the shoes for you.

Light and Cushioned

Overall

This shoe is very light, which is super surprising. But this shoe also gives lots of cushion for your feet. It's good for what I need it for, distance and speed.
