Solid without being exciting

Overall

Lightweight, decent daily trainer, though come alive when upping the pace. I use them mainly for speed work or shorter easy runs. They feel good then. Longer runs beyond 10k and my forefoot starts to hurt in them. Mind I feel they are rather wide and large and half a size smaller would probably help me to enjoy them even more.

Excellent, fast shoes

Overall

These shoes are great for long-distance runs and track workouts alike. They feel good on the feet, and they look good, too. They are light, but the cushion is there. My only complaint is that they seemed to wear out a little more quickly than other shoes. I like to put 350 to 400 miles on every pair, and these felt like they needed to be replaced at around 300. Still, great shoes, and when they needed to be replaced I bought another pair.

Overall

I always enjoy running in the saucony kinvara even though it sometimes changes from light responsive racer to cushioned trainer. It fits my foot well which is nice because I have a lower volume foot.
