Solid shoe

4/5

Overall

Good fit and feel from the beginning but as I do with all my running shoes I replaced the factory insole with a dr scholls insert. Haven't had any hot spots on my feet while training in these and they are a good fit for my stride and foot placement. The only negative is that they breakdown a bit quicker than I'd like and have worn out on the inside material near the base of my big toe.

Consistently Great

5/5

Overall

I have been running in the Wave Riders since the 15s and they have always been great shoes to train in. I just recently started a pair of 22s into my cycle and they are great shoes. Very breathable upper, especially compared to some of the earlier models. The sole is quite durable. I haven't run in them enough to verify this, but with several of my last pairs, the upper tears slightly on the medial side close to the big toe. Overall, these are great shoes, sometimes the price tag isn't always the best, but they are great for their value.

Wave rider like a rock

5/5

Overall

I have been using Wave rider since version 18. No major changes but they keep improving with changes to the wave plate and the upper. If it is working, why fix it. More room in toe area than Adidas or Nike and I like that. Consistently get 600+ mi
