Great but could improve

4/5

Overall

The Nike Pegasus turbo was a fantastic shoe in the beginning I started out running with them at the beginning of the year and they felt perfect with the comfort and everything. They made me feel like I had an actual turbo booster on my feet and this kept up even till now.The bad thing that I noticed about the shoe is that the actual heel of the shoe is starting to break apart from the shoe and the midsole is tearing off from it which made me not give it a higher rating but I would still recommend if the shoe somehow doesn’t tear apart for a different buyer.

Excellent shoe, one of the best that Nike has produced

5/5

Overall

I am a 50 year old American man who ran 2:18 for the marathon about 16 years ago, and I still run today albeit just for fun. I have run in countless brands and models of shoes. During college, (1987-1991) I ran in Asics and Reeboks. I started wearing Nikes about 1999 or 2000. Nike's shoes (like all brands) are often hit and miss. They produced some racing shoes about 5 years ago that were horrible. I tried the famous "4%" shoe, and hated them. I decided to try the Nike Pegasus Turbo, and I love them. I'd say that there are the 2nd best training shoe that Nike has ever done. I can't remember the name of the "best" one. They are bouncy, light and durable. My only complaint is that the 10.5 is slightly too big, and the 10.0 is slightly too small. I wear the 10.5 with thick socks. I like my shoes to fit like a glove. I hope that Nike brings back that old style of racing flat that Catherine Nderba used during her best marathons. That's the model that I used when I ran 2:18 back in 2002. Thanks!

The cushion is very snappy and fast and makes your gait a little shorter and faster. The upper is nice and breathable, and overall a fantastic shoe.

Great Trainer, Love the Direction Nike took with These

5/5

Overall

From daily runs to quicker tempos and even light track work, these are a great all around shoe. They are so much more responsive than regular pegs...I don't think I'll ever wear normal pegs again. Excited to try the 2.
